The Refuge describes “a natural hot spring nestled against the eastern base of Warner Peak” that “provides a soothing retreat for area visitors.” The Refuge’s directions from Lakeview run east on Highway 140 for 15.6 miles, north on the Plush Cutoff (County Highway 3-13) for 19.6 miles through Plush, then east on Hart Mountain Road for 23 miles to the refuge headquarters.
