The rule here

This is a thermal feature to see, not a place to get in the water. The Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation puts it this way:

“No fishing, no wading or swimming, do not climb trees”

Worth knowing: Roy P. Drachman Agua Caliente Regional Park, open sunrise to sunset. The County describes the site as “a unique 101-acre park that features a perennial warm spring and pond that is home to an exceptionally rich mix of plants and animals,” and notes the pond has in recent years been maintained with water pumped from a well on the property.
