Boiling Springs Campground sits between the hot springs, a stream, and the Middle Fork Payette River north of Crouch on Forest Service Road 698; the Middle Fork Payette River / Wet Foot Trailhead is near the campground. The Forest also rents the Boiling Springs cabin.
