At Hot Springs Campground on the Banks-Lowman road (Wildlife Canyon Scenic Byway) just east of Garden Valley, a natural hot-springs soaking pool sits on the river directly across the road and down a staircase. The Forest notes numerous natural pools along the same byway corridor.
